Shipping policy

All items are available for immediate dispatch unless otherwise stated (special orders or exempt from immediate dispatch). 

In addition to dispatch times, see delivery times below -

All UK orders are posted Tracked 48 - 2- 3 days shipping and will be dispatched the same working day or the next working day except for weekend days (Saturday & Sunday) aswell as bank holidays and any other holiday periods such as Christmas. When Diesel Dog Models Is away, customers will be notified immediately.  Orders placed On Friday's may also not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Europe delivery is not currently provided

Worldwide Delivery is not currently provided

Royal mail Tracked 48 service is expected within 2-3 days. this is a guide and not in our control if delivery times take longer from Royal Mail themselves. Updates will be provided from Diesel dog Models up to Shipping of your order. If you need help with you order after shipping, please feel free to contact us at dieseldogmodels@gmail.com

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the address is correct on the order before check out.  If your parcel is returned, we will notify you of its return to Diesel Dog Models and we will contact you to see if you would like to ship your order again or if you would like to receive a refund. For any reposts of previously returned orders, the new postage fee will need to be covered by the customer and a charge will be sent for this extra additional cost. Any refunds for returned parcels will be minus initial shipping fees that was charged to your original order. Any Damages will also be deducted from the refund total
